The stage begins in Lamela (Pígara) and continues towards Baamonde (Begonte) by Guitiricenses land. Once we leave the national road, we turn left, crossing the train track.
There we find a Gothic-style bridge over the Parga River, until we reach the idyllic sanctuary of San Alberte (Sambreixo). Its 14th century chapel is located on a beautiful natural space. In the same environment where is locates, there´s a fountain, which according to popular tradition is good for people with speech difficulties, and a beautiful cross. In this same almost magical sanctuary, a pilgrimage is held every year in the month of May that recovers the tradition of the place.
Still in the parish of Sambreixo, a quite short path is bron with a beautiful slope that dies at the height of O Rego da Viña. The itinerary turns right to meet the place of Bandoncel. A Few steps later, in Eirexe, we find the Deva Pronatura hostel.
We continue through the place of Caínzos, where we can see a beautiful concrete orchestra box in the party field. We continue the itinerary by dirt and stone roads to the place of Digañe and Raposteira, both belonging to Santa Leocadia. Where we can see another traditional party field and, with a small detour to the left we can find the church.
The route takes a way to the left along a local road to Carballedo, where the Pilgrim Support Point is located, a rustic caffe where the travellers can rest.
Once we have resumed the road, we are in Aldar, where you can see the craft stand dedicated to the pilgrimage. From this point on, we leave Terra Chá behind and enter the municipality of Friol, at the height of the area of Seixón.
